Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Just Journal account and all associated data — journal entries, account information, and any recordings — in two ways.

In the app

Open Just Journal, go to Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your data is permanently removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@justjournal.io from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will confirm once your data has been deleted, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login details
• All journal entries
• Your streak history and account settings
• Any temporarily stored audio (recordings are already deleted automatically after processing, well before this point)
